Responsible for the office administration for the Company, e.g. procurement and supplies, equipment maintenance and repair etc.;
Assist in facility management and liaise with vendors for office renovation/maintenance projects as well as other projects as assigned;
Handling invoices, arrange payment and implement cost control measure;
Provide facility support to all staff;
Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors; and
Work outside normal working hours may be required
Minimum 4 years' related experience in operations and administration is preferred
Very strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skills and detail-oriented
Good team player and able to work independently
Good Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Work experience in banking /financial institution environment is preferred
