Job Title: Manager, Central Oversight Team
Working with the Testing team, leverage business process knowledge to design and implement a world-class Compliance Testing function.
Facilitate the development of annual/multi-year Compliance test plan including change management. Consolidate test plans to provide an aggregated view of the Compliance testing obligations.
Coordinate status reporting on Compliance Testing; Work with the Reporting group to facilitate Senior Management/CCO reporting on annual planning and Compliance testing.
Perform quality checks on the Compliance plans to ensure consistency, completeness and comprehensiveness of the plans submitted by the Business Unit Compliance groups.
Assist with the development and delivery of training workshops on Compliance testing to ensure that staff have the required skills to effectively execute the Compliance Testing Plan.
Facilitate problem solving on a day-to-day basis as required.
Accountable for prioritizing tasks and delivering on all assigned work. Ensure deliverables are in-scope, on-time and of high quality.
Partner with Compliance Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs"), Technology/Digital Experts, Data Specialists and Process Engineers to manage the Testing work stream deliverables.
Bring innovation and futuristic thinking to evaluate business needs for the Future State vision of a world-class Compliance function.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships, create a shared vision and commitment for transformation.
Coach team members and help with their development.
Champion high performance culture; Foster an inclusive work environment.
Education / Experience:
5 to 10 years of Compliance Testing/Auditing experience
An undergraduate degree with professional designation/degree such as CPA, MBA
Through knowledge of Compliance Testing/Auditing processes
Expert knowledge of excel, VBA & Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Driven and results oriented
Enthusiastic leader, with ability and desire to help others thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment
Inquisitive mindset; eager to learn and acquire knowledge
Fluency (writing and speaking) in Spanish language is an asset
