Head of Corporate Social Responsibility
Fitch Group has a strong culture of charitable giving, fundraising and volunteering, with many employee-led initiatives taking place across the firm each year. We now want to establish a formal Corporate Social Responsibility program that aligns the attributes of our employees with the goals of the business. Fitch's core competence is providing value-add information services to capital markets, including specialized training via Fitch Learning. We value our skilled and diverse workforce, investing heavily in Learning and Development, and recognize that many people do not have access to the same educational opportunities as the majority of our employees. Our intent is to focus our CSR program on empowering people of diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds through widening access to Learning and Development opportunities.
Our initial strategy is built around a three-year plan, designed to bring together existing initiatives then establish and grow a formal project-based program in multiple locations.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Head of CSR is an exciting and important new role accountable for shaping and executing Fitch's CSR program, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence and Head of Communications.
