Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Liaise with other teams on meeting schedules
Calendar management and associated tasks such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, telepresence set up, documentation, meeting scheduling etc
Personnel on-boarding and off-boarding including logistics for new staff
Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s) and management meetings
Coordinate logistics for business trips and team travel arrangements, when appropriate
Assisting and/or leading team events
Filing, invoicing and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping
Maintaining group leave record and handling phone enquiries
Providing general support including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail, etc
Assisting in ad hoc project administration support when required
Excellent in Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with experience working with a variety of cultures. Good team player
Strong organizational skills, is meticulous with details and self sufficient
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team
Experience in managing relationships across all levels
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
