The Consultancy Manager will manage the consultancy service teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan and oversee consultancy projects in the Greater China region. You will be the driving force behind OneAston's growth strategy that resonates with clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a charismatic and entrepreneurial individual with the drive to meet or exceed targets. Working with various stakeholders to optimize lead generations and delivery will be a consistent responsibility. This role would be ideal for a consultancy professional / project management professional with relevant knowledge of the Finance / Private Banking / Wealth industry.

Manage the consultancy services teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan
Manage and govern the delivery of consultancy projects
Develop and grow both new and existing consultants in the team
Support business managers to develop new leads
Works independently and in collaborative nature
Provide advice and participate in pre-sales activities when preparing material to address potential client's business needs and constraints
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
A great and rewarding opportunity awaits the suitable candidate with the following:
Minimum 8 - 10 years Project Management and Team Management experience in Wealth Management is a distinct advantage
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required, with excellent communication skills
Ability to drive project delivery and run through the whole SDLC independently
Proven track record to deliver projects in the banking and financial services software industry with substantial relevant experience within the same domain
Confidence in operating across all levels and can demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility
Ability to manage and grow a team with mixture of business and technical experts
Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office)
Self-motivation, ambitious, independent, organized, focused and able to multi-task
Able to travel when required
