The accurate preparation and timely delivery of mortgage disclosures for loans generated by National Mortgage Banking.
Determine and enter fees based on loan parameters/loan application data.
Reviews and audits data entry in Encompass and provided documentation for accuracy based on information uploaded into the system (title fees, sales/purchase contract, invoices, HOI, taxes etc.) and makes corrections to ensure the data entered reflects accurate/compliant information and meets all state and federal regulations.
The generation of all Initial Disclosures and any revisions due to Change of Circumstance within Regulatory time frames.
Monitoring Encompass LOS system alerts and pipeline views to ensure initial and revised disclosures are provided timely.
Work directly with loan originators, processors, closers and management.
Solid knowledge and understanding of TRID regulations
Knowledge and understanding of a variety of loan programs: Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and Mortgage Insurance requirements.
Encompass experience required
2+ years of experience with TRID Initial DISCLOSURES
Applicants must demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a strict adherence to deadlines
High School diploma or equivalency degree
Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
