1. Based in the Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning team, you will be responsible for design, develop and implement advanced data-driven approaches including NLP, OCR, text mining, etc. 2. Work with very large data sets (both structured and unstructured) and improve the quality of data analysis. 3. Design, develop and implement R&D and pre-product prototype solutions. 4. Productivize NLP/ML algorithms. 5. Stay abreast of the new developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML). Contribute to the research strategy and technical culture of the team.
Qualifications 1. Minimum 4 years of working experience with AI, ML, NLP or a related field 2. Strong hands-on skills in OCR and text mining process/algorithms using Python 3. Knowledge in developing basic GUI functionality using Java or related tools 4. Exposure in end to end automation - building scripts, handling and automated job scheduling 5. Experience in applying machine learning techniques and designing algorithms that are scalable and production-grade 6. Understanding of traditional structured data warehouse environments such as Teradata / Oracle 7. Some exposure to database languages like SQL and PL/SQL 8. Understanding of banking, insurance or financial services preferred but not necessary 9. Energetic personality with an innovative, self-starting spirit. Someone that likes to ask "why?"
