As a member of a highly qualified, diverse and international team, you will work closely with Relationship Managers in Luxembourg and in other GPB offices to deliver excellent client service in wealth management and private banking.
Receive, verify and execute client transactions and follow up of credit files and margin calls;
Prepare and follow up client account openings and ongoing client due diligence reviews;
Proactively drive initiatives with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and enhance profitability;
Prepare and follow up of client visits;
Provide pro-active administrative assistance to clients in the absence of their Relationship Manager.
Graduate degree or equivalent;
At least 3-5 years relevant professional experience (preferably in a Front Office role) ;
Good understanding of financial markets and good knowledge of investment products and other financial instruments, e.g. FX;
Good knowledge of securities and transfers operations (preferably account opening);
Avaloq experience would be an advantage;
Flexible and autonomous, quickly adapting to a new environment and easily integrating into the team;
Strong customer service orientation and outstanding communication skills;
Aptitude for figures and attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
Self-motivated, dynamic and proactive;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications;
Fluency in French and English is a requirement and any other language is an advantage.
