You will update the bank's monitoring systems (e.g. Backshop, SAP).
You will participate in clients meetings as the bank's main / secondary point of contact depending on deal.
You will participate to ad hoc reports for various committees of the Bank.
You will manage existing Credit Facilities, partially structured transactions and sole responsibility within given credit authorities.
You will participate in risk monitoring and risk management applying the bank's analysis and steering tools, including monitoring of early warning issues (e.g. LGD, PD Rating and Covenant Monitoring Tools).
You will manage Annual Reviews / Loan Applications / Waivers of Credit Facilities, including development of sustainable facility specific strategies according to the bank's overall policies.
You will implement the bank's credit risk strategy for assigned exposures in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process instructions as well as credit decisions within the scope of the competence granted.
You will be involved in project-related special tasks.
Successfully completed university studies with an economic or legal focus or training as a bank clerk or equivalent
Some experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, structured finance or investment banking.
Knowledge of the legal, tax and economic aspects relevant to real estate lending, including relevant market knowledge.
Good analytical skills in the analysis of company/industry key figures as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience with complex financial structures
Distinct IT user knowledge for using internal bank systems (Backshop / SAP) and Microsoft Office products (in particular Excel)
Fluent in English
