The Role Responsibilities
Check the authenticity of Credit Applications and documents
Identify fraudulent attempts and initiate prevention action.
Escalate suspicious activities and fraud trends.
Adherence to Internal processes, policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
Having a good understanding on the country verification standards.
Operate within the agreed TAT while maintaining the quality.
Perform relevant system checks
Perform relavant calculations based on the application source category
Obtaining feedback, clarification and approvals from relevant stakeholders as appropriate
Our Ideal Candidate
Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in areas related to Retail banking lending Products, procedures, credit policies and underwriting criteria.
Knowledge and understanding on current market fraud / financial trends
Good Interpersonal skills and Team Player
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively
Ability to provide clear and accurate information to management
Ability and willingness to resolve problems, engage stakeholders and drive a solution
Self motivated and Responsive
Time management, ability to priorities tasks and adherence to deadlines
Willingness to learn and enhance the knowledge and apply in day to day functions
