Managed Services, within the Regulatory and Compliance team, provides clients an end-to-end solution to solve challenges in the KYC, On-boarding, Regulatory, Tax and Legal/Credit services. Since counterparty documentation and agreements are part of every stage of a trading relationship, CPM is the ideal tool for the front, middle, and back office documentation processes covering KYC, Tax, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID, Legal, AML and Credit. The MCPM team is split across multiple locations in London, New York, Singapore, and Delhi and covers Product Management, Development, Sales, Account Management and Operations.
The successful candidate will lead our managed service teams in the EMEA region. Ensure successful delivery of our service solutions in support of onboarding and regulatory adherence. The candidate must be able to participate and lead regulatory workshops, understand business requirements and challenge working group members on the delivery of the solution. The candidate must partner with the Managed Services Product Lead to design a solution consistent with working group recommendations. Finally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Managed Services teams are working in line with the design solution and SLAs and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
The role will have direct responsibility for:
Work in partnership with Managed Service Lead and Managed Service buyer to define playbook to support the service
Work with resource providers to define team structure and interview candidates for the team
Manage team training for process and technology
Set up regular touch points for team, service buyer and internal stakeholders
Obtain and implement supporting technology for the service
Manage the Managed Service team via the team lead/project managers
Provide detail reports to all stakeholders on the progress and success of the projects
Education and experience
Experience in relationship management, client presentations and influencing
Practical experience with interaction between buy-side and sell-side operations including onboarding, settlements, tax, credit, loans and legal
Have the credibility and capability to work across all levels within an organization to achieve project and product objectives
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Product Development
Experience in operations, technology and/or client relationship management
Consulting and project management experience a huge plus
Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects
Strong interpersonal skills
Financial industry documentation and back office process awareness preferred
Detail-oriented and a thorough problem-solver
Effective, likeable and client focused
Organized and diligent
Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
