This is a critical role to drive the integration agenda and key CEO priorities, working closely with global executive leaders, running the overall integration program and driving the pace of our integration to ensure we achieve quarterly objectives. This person will be an experienced change agent, capable of driving transformative change across all aspects of our business.
This person is comfortable working at the CXO level down to the in-country field team level, to ensure that strategic imperatives aren't diluted or ignored as they are translated throughout the organization. He/she will proactively challenge legacy thinking, highlight barriers to our transformation and bring various executives together to facilitate resolution of conflicting perspectives to achieve our ambition. He/she has the ability to influence others by leveraging their network throughout the company and their ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Own key areas of our transformation: Take ownership of and drive aspects of the transformation program and ensure that strategic goals of the organization are met. This will require involvement throughout the program – identifying the strategic objectives, structuring the issue, designing the approach, working with relevant stakeholders to get buy in, and ensuring that the respective owners are executing the program as intended. Key transformation areas for the business include sales excellence, growth and acceleration of key business areas (e.g., managed services, data centre, security).
Support key integration priorities: Assist in framing, structuring and shaping integration activities that will continue for the next several quarters – topics include master planning, organization design, operating model design, branding transition, and integration value capture. This will require working closely with the integration program managers as well as business stakeholders to bring a top-down strategic lens and ensuring that the integration activities are focused on the critical areas that make a difference to the organization.
Execute strategic projects: Given the scope of the integration and transformation of the business, there are expected to be several cross-functional, cross-organization projects that will need to be executed.
