You will act as the primary point of contact for alternative clients.
You will be responsible for receiving, following up on and resolving client enquiries and problems through effective interaction with teams of in-house specialists in a timely and professional manner.
You will provide day-to-day support to a large variety of clients. In so doing you will show a positive mindset and a "client first" work ethic and be responsible for the satisfaction of our clients.
Acting as the first day-to-day contact person for clients.
Addressing clients' business issues both proactively and efficiently.
Receiving inbound client primary queries and resolving them promptly.
Ensuring the quality of deliveries and services provided by working closely with the relevant operations teams in the department and in the Group as a whole.
Coordinating and assisting with the onboarding process of new relationships.
Helping existing and/or new clients to plan and implement new services effectively.
Maintaining client satisfaction.
Building positive and strong relationships with our clients.
Preparing and monitoring KPIs on client requests and client satisfaction.
Education & Background:
University degree in Finance or Economics.
Four to five years' experience in a similar function.
Understanding of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment.
In-depth experience in the field of alternative products.
Knowledge and understanding of AIF day-to-day operations.
Specific knowledge :
Excellent command of English and French. Any other language would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients.
Highly skilled user of MS Office suite.
eFront end user experience would be an asset.
