Prepare presentation materials for business proposals
Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research
Assist in preparing deal structuring, due diligence, execution and documentation in relation to IPOs and financial advisory transactions
Provide on-going support for maintaining relationship with clients
Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc duties
Degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting or any relevant disciplines
2-5 years of work experience in Corporate Finance is necessary
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficiency in PC skills especially in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
