We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director.
Responsible for origination and execution of investment banking advisory transactions across equity, debt and Mergers and Acquisition of Global Bankings Chinese clients.
Execution leader in these transactions and act as mentor to the junior bankers in the team.
Develop company valuations and create financial models, as well as conduct financing, comparative and pro forma analyses
Assist in the preparation of new business presentations and other materials for clients, conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, and attending client presentations as required.
Maintain close client contact and keep abreast of the clients needs and business developments to ensure applicable event opportunities are identified and proactively targeted.
Contribute to the achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment and customer satisfaction.
A generalist Investment Banking or Corporate Finance background
Ability to develop a strategic dialogue with the client on a multi dimensional basis
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Experience of financial modelling, valuation, and execution
Experience of managing transactions driven by events
Strong understanding of the financial markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional academic credentials
Demonstrates a commitment to learning new capabilities, proactively seeks more or different assignments to accelerate learning
