play the role of "gatekeeper" for the front office, this includes overseeing and managing the various changes impacting the Front office;
build trusted relationships with business partners to resolve issues impacting Front Office
use their product and front-to-back process knowledge and contribute effectively, representing Front Office in ongoing Change-the-Bank Projects
establish an efficient operational and administrative support for internal stakeholders
increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
You'll be working in the Process & Quality Specialist (PQS) Functional Management team in Singapore. This team supports the PQS Coordinator in executing the mandate to facilitate Wealth Management Market management (namely Market Heads / RMMs / CTHs/ DHs) in their supervisory duties. Together As a team, we acts as a conduit between the Front Office and the rest of the organization for changes relating to processes, regulatory requirements and facilitate rollout of key initiative selected tool rollout. We also provide quality assurance over Market deliverables such as KYC, clean-ups and remediation.
Your experience and skills
Solid interpersonal and client-relationship skills
Good communication and presentation skills
5+ years of Banking experience, particularly in Risk or project management would be preferred
Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
Some VBA skills and experience of building tactical reconciliations would be highly beneficial
Good understanding of Wealth Management business with good understanding of front-to-back processes will be an advantage
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritize
Self motivated and able to influence/motivate others
Service minded with a "can-do" attitute
Fast learner with the ability to very quickly pick up system and process knowledge
Passionate about driving change and have the ability to consistently deliver
