The Role Responsibilities
As required provide project management and business analyst support on Group change initiatives such as the SIS Case Management System
Coordinate identification of themes, trends and lessons learnt from investigations to support the continuous improvement of the Bank's conduct and control environment.
Develop good working relationships with business and function stakeholders to ensure appropriate senior management are kept informed of the relevant investigative developments.
Support the day-to-day operations of the Speaking Up Programme
Own the end to end process of preparing monthly and quarterly SIS BAU reports
Own the end to end process of conducting checks as defined by SIS Operational Risk Framework
Prepare thorough and accurate reporting / MI for investigators on case data at the country, region, and Group level
Provide ongoing analysis of case-data to identify investigative trends / themes and assist relevant business / function as applicable
Track and monitor significant cases across the Group and prepare updates for working groups with SIS strategic partners
Maintain close interaction with those Risk Owners to whom responsibility is delegated to ensure resolution of system and control improvements identified through the Group Investigations process
Ensure regional senior management are fully informed of all key risks and issues in area of responsibility and reported in line with Bank's operational risk process.
Reinforce an effective and exemplary risk and control culture and further strengthen the control environment
Act to minimise audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising
As required, support SIS teams to ensure that they are adhering to the highest standards of risk management and control

Our Ideal Candidate
Between 2-4 years of hands-on experience with large data sets, preferably in financial services, - ability to collect, manipulate and analyse complex data to prepare reports, which maybe in the form of visualizations like graphs, charts and dashboards in support of investigations.
Experience in drafting, documenting, reporting, and analysing data. Demonstrable track record of showing good quality judgement and confidently providing concise, accurate, thorough and well-structured analysis (both verbally and in writing).
Advanced Excel VBA skills, with experience in data visualisation tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableaue a plus.
Well developed, flexible interpersonal skills appropriate at all levels of engagement within an organisation: ability to simplify complex and technical issues for non-technical audience.
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables with demonstrable organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of regulatory banking conduct environment
Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Personal authority, integrity and ethics.
A highly inquisitive approach to practices, procedures and specific transactions with a drive to find and, as necessary, demand explanations and deliver appropriate solution management and enhancement.
