The Role Responsibilities
Support the global ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) CoE (Center of Excellence) team in the execution of the functional strategy and agenda
Develop and deliver metrics and MI for the ABC Programme MI and reporting workstream, advising and working with stakeholders as required to ensure and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of reporting
Work with technology platform and Data-workstream stakeholders to ensure that beta MI platforms and the delivery process for ABC Programme MI are operating effectively and in-line with established logic
Create and oversee the reporting output of relevant ABC Programme MI to Programme stakeholders and Committees, in a timely manner and with accuracy and consistency
Delivery of the management and coordination activities for the schedule of ABC Programme Committee and Team meetings and any other meeting/central programme reporting or presentation output as required. Creation of minutes and action tacking for Committee and team meetings
Keep track of and provide advice to relevant stakeholders on the interpretation and application of regulatory expectations, laws, best practices and policies related to ABC/FCC
Develop and keep up to date recommendations for approval by the relevant approver/Committee appropriate policies/ processes/DOIs to address ABC/FC (Financial Crime) risks, aligning with relevant regulatory requirements
Providing governance and oversight over the implementation of ABC-related policies and procedures globally, to ensure compliance with such policies and procedures
Develop and maintain systems to proactively and keep up to date the ABC programme action data for review and challenge by ABC CoE Team / ABC Programme Stakeholders and as reported to ABC Programme meetings.
Review key news articles, or external enforcements relating to Financial Crime and draft written summaries for circulation across the ABC Programme
Draft and issue relevant ABC Programme stakeholder communications, lessons learnt, training or other awareness related material, developing high-quality communications and presentation materials for use with internal/external stakeholders
Maintain / oversee the ASK ABC mailbox and respond on behalf of ABC Central team to emails via the ABC mailbox to ABC Programme Stakeholders, as appropriate
Management of the ABC Communications plan and log, developing and implementing effective communication plans to ensure applicable staff receive regular and appropriate ABC updates which will demonstrate regulatory compliance
Support the alignment of ABC Programme relevant systems and controls to industry and Bank best practice and close out any compliance gaps.
Propose control or process improvements, enhancements and implications where appropriate
Professional experience in international organization (preferred background in compliance program/compliance reporting area)
University degree - min bachelor's degree
Excellent Written and Spoken English
Excellent analytical and organizational and task priortisation skills
Attention to details
Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The ability to work and cooperate with senior stakeholders
Ability to operate in a complex multi-organisation, multi-country and multi-cultural environment
Problem solving, proactive and independence and confidence in approaches to addressing tasks
Knowledge of MSTR preferable
