Our client is probably the largest PRC investment bank in Hong Kong. They are active on brokerage, asset management and corporate finance. They are also very strong on ECM and is the sponsor of the few large PRC IPO's last year.
Maintain sound and good relationship with clients;
Construct and execute business strategies for product, pricing, distribution and sales through research, analysis and market intelligence
Develop new products and explore business opportunity with business partners.
Develop fund product and management for high net worth clients
Prepare product proposal, specifications, supervised product promotion and new product launch
Conduct market, industry, regulations, and competitor analysis.
Provide investment strategy and market update to frontline colleagues through market briefing and meeting;
Involve in the launching of new fund products of both opened-end and closed-end structures.
Liaise with fund houses and internal departments to assess partnerships and business opportunities.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to develop account strategy for each customer relationship, identify customers' requirements and financial decision-making criteria, ensure the return meet the minimum threshold, and to provide opinion on the appropriateness of contemplated credit exposure within the context of the business unit's revenue goals
Minimum 5 years working experience in fund products development for wealth management, fund of funds, PE fund or hedged fund in leading investment banks.
Holder of a good degree in business plus a professional qualification likes CFA, FRM, LLB, or Accounting.
Strong knowledge on various fund income product structure for wealth management
Excellent command of English and Chinese.
