The Role Responsibilities
Job Purpose: This role is required to lead the IFRS9 Change team and manage a robust change governance process and Book of Work to ensure ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the IFRS9 ECL solution.
Key Responsibilities: The following are key responsibilities for the role:
Own and manage the IFRS9 Change function to enable efficient management and implementation of change in the IFRS9 ECL solution .
Actively manage, maintain and own the IFRS9 Book of Work.
Manage and maintain the budgets for the IFRS9 projects (Book of Work and Model Monitoring).
Facilitate prioritisation of the BoW requirements through Change Governance Committees.
Construct and socialise delivery plans that meet the agreed scope, cost and timelines.
Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, across all seniority levels, to ensure cross workstream impacts of change are identified and understood to align delivery efforts and timelines.
Manage the IFRS9 Change BA team, responsible for the definition of detailed business requirements and documentation for sign-off.
Closely collaborate with the Scrum Master to coordinate sprint management activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritisation, capacity planning and resource allocation.
Manage and coordinate testing of IFRS9 models and functionality, including creation of test plans, test strategy documents, preparation of test cases, test case execution, defect management and test closure reports.
