We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Financial Crime Risk and Governance and Control Manager .
Support the implementation of Business Financial Crime Risk and global local regulatory and compliance projects for Commercial Banking Hong Kong to mitigate the risks of non compliance
Support the execution of strategic de risking initiatives and remediation programmes
Support the implementation of Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance Policies including the development of local procedures to embed compliance culture within the Business
Work closely with Front Line, Compliance and Operations Teams to ensure ongoing implementation of policies and procedures
Assess the impact of regulatory changes and recommend optimal, sustainable and cost effective solutions.
University graduate with related discipline
Good understanding on the regulatory environment in the financial services sector
Ability to develop, direct and implement business plans and strategies,
Ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
Good analytical and financial skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and influencing skills
Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
Knowledge and understanding of the commercial banking environment in Hong Kong
