As an associate in electronic trading sales, you will be ona team responsible for actively marketing J.P. Morgan's global suite ofexecution services to our client base in the Americas, with the primaryobjectives of growing revenues and market share, developing meaningfulrelationships and driving new business initiatives with prospective andexisting clients.
ResponsibilitiesInclude: · Ownership of the sales process: prospecting,negotiating commercial terms, coordinating across functional teams andbusinesses, delivering best-fit solutions, bringing clients live, andmaintaining ongoing dialogue to grow and maintain relationships. · Assisting and learning from senior sales and productteams to be an immediate impact contributor to the franchise · Keeping a pulse on the market, anticipatingclient needs, and recognizing opportunities to upsell · Understanding, analyzing and optimizingprofitability metrics at the client level · Leveraging client and industry intel toeffectively communicate product requirements to business and technologypartners · Partnering with colleagues across Markets &Prime Services to maximize revenue opportunities
Qualifications: · Series 3, 7 and 63 a plus · Knowledge of global futures landscape andfamiliarity with vendor solutions preferred · Prior experience in sales/trading, electronicmarkets a plus · Highly organized, detail oriented and proactiveself-starter comfortable in a team environment · Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicateconcepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity · Strongmoral character operating with highest level of integrity and ethics · Comfortablepresenting in front of, and communicating JPM's value proposition to, diverseaudiences including C-Suite executives, Portfolio Managers & Traders,Operations and Technologists
