Based in Taipei, our new SICE entity under Investment Management, the incumbent is expected to provide major support on Business Development & Client Services and some knowledge of Accounting and AML.
In conjunction with Finance, ensure that local financial statements/accounts are completed and filed
Responsiblefor regional client service for institutional and intermediary clients asnecessary, including but not limited to on boarding new client, handle clientenquiries and reporting, conduct regular client screening, client review,review and close alerts from screening, Regular reporting to mutual fund clientand Taiwan Master Agent
Develop, maintain, and assist in completion of the projects
Monitortransaction and report to Finance
Maintainsales database, assist with data collection and generate relevant managementreports for Taiwan
Collect and distribute market intelligence on competitors, prospects, clients, consultants, regulations and other industry developments
Working with other analysts in the group to execute regional events and client conferences
Providelocal support on compliance AML
Minimum 5 years sales assistant/support, client services or relevant industry experience
Financial Institution/Asset Management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
High proficiency in MS packages, particularly Power Point
