Finance & Business Management:
The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance and Business Management (F&BM) group provides financial advice to support the CIB's business strategy and helps to ensure a sound control environment. Within F&BM, the four major areas of responsibility are: Business-aligned BMs (Business Managers), the CIB Controller, Support Staff CFO, and Planning and Analysis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the APAC Branches regional lead and management team, partnering to drive business delivery, and provide expertise, data analysis and presentation support. Key requirements include:
Deliver business management services across a range of responsibilities, including strategy execution, business planning and performance monitoring
Communicate business strategy, performance and priorities to key stakeholders
Compile and lead monthly Business reviews for local, regional and global stakeholders
Deliver high quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions
Partner with Finance and Planning & Analysis functions to provide business inputs and messaging around financial performance
Own and drive the production of non-Financial KPIs and MI that aid business decisions; conduct analysis to identify trends and thematics
Drive the group resiliency approach and regular test and monitor progress
Drive location strategy for the group, ensuring solid program governance for any migrations
Lead annual business budget process, ensure optimal resource budgeting and allocations to achieve business priorities; oversee investment / productivity initiatives across the end-to-end business to achieve multi-year targets Requirements/Skills:
