The Offering Manager provides an instrumental contribution to the establishment of the new Offering Management unit within Julius Baer. He/she will define and maintain the lead offering for the markets assigned to him/her in close interaction with the respective front teams and product & service units. Further he/she will support the offering governance processes, ensure the availability of adequate offering content within his area of responsibility, drive offering related projects (if required) and ensure a strong sales focus throughout the offering in close collaboration with the sales coaching team.
YOUR CHALLENGE Lead Offering Definition & Maintenance
Define the lead offering for the assigned markets in close collaboration with the respective Market Head, front management and market experts within the product & service (P&S) units.
Establish and run a regular lead offering review process, based on outcome of sales coaching efforts & new market developments.
Derive the lead offering ambition level and the underlying KPIs in close collaboration with the Market Head, front management and the sales coaching team.
Support market-offering boards - meeting preparation, creation of minutes and coordination of follow-up actions for market specific alignment routines between front and the P&S experts, with focus on lead offering, related content and the respective legal / regulatory framework.
Support global offering board - meeting preparation and coordination of follow-up actions for global topics emerging from the markets covered.
Maintenance of Offering Content
Create and/or manage production of sales collateral for all offering components of each assigned market's lead offering in close collaboration with the P&S experts.
Create and distribute sales & success stories each offering element in close alignment with the sales coaching team, key RMs and the P&S experts
Maintain offering shelf - ensure life cycle management of offering ideas and & improve offering shelf in close collaboration with the digital advisory services team
Offering Development & Projects
Drive offering innovation and related projects based on emerging client or market needs and potentials, as well events triggered by legal and regulatory framework
Sales Coaching Support
Support sales coaching process with adequate offering content and insights regarding offering potentials
Review sales success and derive adaptation proposal for the lead offering
REQUIREMENTS Education, Professional and Technical
University degree or equivalent
Multiyear experience in front or product areas of private banking (experience as an RM is a plus)
Strong analytical skills
Organized and reliable working style
Fluent in English (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian are a plus)

Excellent social and communication skills
