The incumbent will provide support to the senior management in making strategic direction and decision by developing strategic business plans, monitoring and evaluating departmental business plans/projects, identifying business opportunities and assessing marketing opportunities in the region, preparing business analysis and implementation plan.
Degree in Finance, Economics or Actuarial
6-8 years working experience preferably in consultancy firms and life insurance industry
Positive, passionate and energetic
Able to adapt well in dynamic and volatile business environment
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese character input is critical
Excellent language proficiency including spoken and written English and Chinese
Previous experience in regional expansion preferred
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.)
