Help driveimplementation of AM Client Skills Training Strategy in the APAC region, whichincludes designing, developing and executing training programs for internalclient-facing professionals:
Engage business stakeholders, investment subjectmatter experts and/or training service providers to shape bespoke programcontent that is relevant and impactful to a specific line of business (ClientAdvisors, Investment Specialists, Client Services and Business Platforms)
Engage different support teams to ensure trainingprograms are smoothly implemented
Define and measure key metrics to help assess impactand success of training programs, conduct post-training evaluation forcontinuous improvement
Work closely with Global AWM Client Skills Trainingteam to implement global training programs, provide a regional lens to ensureAPAC needs are well represented and understood
Host and facilitate training workshops, when necessary
Build strongpartnerships with key stakeholders, internal clients and other Learningpartners to drive a holistic training strategy
Manage APAC trainingdashboard, ensure program attendance records and training hours are up-to-date
Review budget andexpenses for each training program, provide feedback to team COO on behalf ofAPAC
Manage internalsite content for APAC to reflect the latest information
Work with keycontrol parties to ensure processes, suppliers and training materials meetcorporate standards
Work withCompliance to liaise CPT hours, when applicable
Provideadministrative support within the APAC team, including expense and invoiceclaims, training materials printing, etc.
B.A. or B.S.degree in related field; 3 to 5 years of work experience in the AssetManagement industry
Excellentinterpersonal skills to engage different stakeholders, internal clients andwork partners
Excellent verbaland written communication skills to articulate team's training strategy
Strong projectmanagement skills; robust organizations, attention to detail and effective timemanagement in a multi-cultural and international environment
Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively
Ability toeffectively and confidently partner at all levels and across global teams
Flexibility in afast-paced changing environment
Fluent in Englishand Mandarin
Candidate withless experience will be considered at Professional Exempt (Analyst) level
