Along with the Payroll Manager & the othermembers of the team, handle the Payroll for the Warsaw Corporate Centre whichincludes the following responsibilities:
Management, delivery and control of themonthly salary payroll and the annual Incentive Compensation pay run
In charge of coordinating the delivery ofsalary certificates, , restricted stock statements, E-payslips
Administration of existing benefits including pensioncontributions
Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Stay abreast of changes in social security, employment and tax laws thatimpact payroll and benefits
Regularly review processes and ensure they are up-to-date and properlydocumented
Management of the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider andother Payroll and benefits third party vendors
Liaise with tax vendor on employee tax related issues
Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations andrequirements
Over 3 years of professional experience within polish payroll
Strong ability in data management for analysis and reconciliation processes
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of standard data mining and reporting packages
Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive data information
Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritize
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations
Understanding of Polish Social Security, Social insurances, employment and tax laws is an asset
Strong Risk and Control mindset: ability to identify and prioritize risks, and develop and implement appropriate control
Fluency in English and Polish
