We are looking for a Client Account Manager to join our Client Services team based in Singapore which will act as the contact to service our Singapore and SEA Institutional clients.
Work independently to onboard and service segregated Institutional clients including negotiating Investment Management Agreements including Investment Restrictions and Guidelines, and other agreements. This will involve working with Legal, Risk and the investment management teams to finalise the agreements.
Liaise with various departments like Client Portfolio Managers, Fund Managers, Client Advisors and Custodians to respond to client enquiries and have them resolved in an expedient manner.
Work with various departments to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports and presentation materials for clients
Arrange and meet with existing or prospective clients / representatives
Engage in the RFP process to assess operational feasibility
Review complaints / errors for trends and identify proactive and cross client remedies
Support the client experience and work on client servicing projects
Support internal client experience and efficiency projects
University graduate with a minimum 3 years of client servicing-related experience in a financial-institution. Prior client servicing experience in an investment management firm in Singapore preferred;
Other qualifications: CMFAS Module 3, 5 and 8A or readiness to take the exams
Independent, self motivated with strong attention to detail
Client-focused team player with excellent communication skills
Spoken and written fluency in English.
