We are looking for PMO in Capital Planning (Budapest Office)
The Capital Team manages the Firm's long-term capital resources on a global basis. The Capital PMO sits within the Capital team and is primarily responsible for monitoring, reporting on and facilitating the execution of Morgan Stanley's CCAR submissions. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the primary liaison between Capital Planning and various internal and external participants/ stakeholders involved in CCAR and other capital planning/stress testing efforts. This supporting role in the group is meant to provide project management competency for the program and coordinate with multiple functions across the Firm to drive the implementation of a strong PM environment. The team in Budapest works closely with the New York office.
The Associate-level role mainly covers program governance processes, including: - Coordinate with key stakeholders including Risk, Finance and Treasury to ensure production and documentation deadlines are met. Assist with risk/ issue escalation and resolution where needed - Support planning for various capital planning projects and initiatives, including quarterly stress testing and the annual CCAR process - Assist with the production and coordination of presentations for Firm senior management and committees, which includes reviewing workstream updates and providing qualitative feedback - Centralize CCAR communications - Support capital planning process enhancements and change initiatives
- Experience in cross-functional project management - Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment - Confident, proactive, and independent self-starter - Strong interest and capabilities in problem solving and root cause investigation - High degree of technical proficiency (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint) and ability to learn quickly - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and analytical skills - 2 to 4 years of professional experience in financial services - Ability to intelligently forward plan and prioritize for deadlines
