We're rapidly expanding our client-facing and investment-focused teams in Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Global Private Banking in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, and are interested in speaking with high-performing individuals.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Director Relationship Management, HSBC Jade .
Acquire, develop, retain and manage relationships with a portfolio of high-net worth clients
Develop an unique combination of personalised relationship management, advanced wealth solutions and luxury lifestyle services to our clients
Build a knowledge of their short and long term financial goals
Provide financial advice, engage on highly individualised strategies, aim at wealth creation and capital preservation
Continue development of existing and new HSBC Jade client relationships
Enhance client loyalty, fulfill their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
Mentor and coach paired team members through daily activity planning, prioritisation, individual development
Develop Jade team culture and maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Solid years of experience in relationship management and managing ultra-high net worth client portfolios in financial sector
Proven track record in client portfolio management
Evidence of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products.
Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products.
Strong understanding of external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management.
Clear view on Compliance practice, Internal Control, Credit and Risk, to ensure a balanced risk operating environment.
Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
