The Sr. Manager of the Private Bank Client Service Team provides strategic leadership directly to their team (s) with the responsibility to nurture relationships, deliver value and increase the utilization of SVB products and services, contributing to the overall Net Promoter (NPS) strategy. This role leads team or teams comprised of exempt and/or non-exempt employees who may be geographically dispersed; fosters an environment of accountability, learning and growth across their team (s); provides thought leadership and analytical skills on how best to approach or solve a situation; promotes a process improvement mindset, through innovation, to identify and support scalability and efficiency at the right margins; builds and leverage relationships across SVB teams in order to drive value added solutions and service; point of contact for 2nd level escalations; serves as a resource and identifies, leads and/or implements projects with clearly documented ROI that not only benefit the broader Private Bank Community, but SVB clients and business partners, as well .
BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
6 years of experience within high-touch financial services environment
Strong leadership and management skills such as training, coaching and conducting performance feedback sessions
Broad knowledge of financial services products and familiarity with risk management and loss mitigation standards in a financial institution environment
Advanced written/verbal communication skills
Strong organizational/time management and presentation skills
Multi-tasking skills within a high production environment
Ability to continually develop the team to ensure monitoring and engagement client satisfaction with the overall client portfolio
Ability to work across different business groups and operational platforms under minimal supervision in a client focused environment.
Organized, detail-oriented mindset with the capability to quickly and independently assesse and resolve complex problems
