Reporting to the Global Head ofDeposits, the Deposit Sales Manager will partner with J.P. MorganSecurities ("JPMS") Management Teams, including the head of Banking &Lending Solutions, Branch Leadership Teams including Regional Directors andClient Service Management, Financial Advisors, and Client Associates to providesales and product support for Banking and Treasury Services to JPMS clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the JPMS depositbook, increased Advisor penetration, and increased usage of Treasury Services solutionsfor appropriate client types.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain expert knowledge of Deposit, Cash Management and Treasury Services solutions
Partner with Regional Directors to drive increased penetration of banking products and solutions within their branch(es)
Educate / train Financial Advisors and Client Associates on products features as well as on sales tactics to increase client adoption
Execute on sales strategies and Banking related strategic initiatives
Provide support for general inquiries (e.g. overview of product features, pricing)
Prepare proposals, pricing analyses and cost/benefit analyses based on client needs
Manage / approve rate and pricing exceptions within delegated authorities
Partner with Marketing to create internal and external sales materials
Partner with the Treasury Service Sales Analysts / Associates to implement deals using Deal Manager (Treasury Services application)
3 years of Deposits / Cash Management / Treasury Services sales experience
Track record of sales and relationship management success
Knowledge of the wealth management (broker/dealer) business and associated products
Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with various functions including Field management, Advisors and Client Associates, marketing, risk, legal, compliance, technology and operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
