Lead team and work with Sales Heads to achieve client contact standards the wealth sales and growth plans
Provide leadership to the Jade, Premier and Wealth sales force and in conjunction with customer value manager and the Wealth Development team to ensure product knowledge and financial planning skills are at the required global standards
Champion wealth advisory and relationship management capability and development in the country
Work closely with Regional Sales and Distribution team to implement global operational framework on managing and leading the specialists team including standard roles and responsibilities, key performance indicators, incentive, recognition etc.
Work with Regional and country Wealth Development to ensure the specialist teams are well equipped to add value to clients using technical expertise appropriately and effectively and to improve the quality of advice amongst Jade & Premier relationship managers
Work with country Sales Heads to ensure the local activities of specialists with relationship managers are well organsied
Demonstrate connectivity to other teams satisfaction and actions which benefit the Group above local interests
Proven ability in team leadership and management
Proven ability in distribution
Proven ability in Wealth management
Proven adherence to controls and compliance with no significant breaches
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating
