Workswith clients to resolve more complex day to day issues. Provides assistance inmonitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios.
Conductsresearch on industry trends to understand key issues. Independently assistsclients by responding to complex phone, email and other inquiries regarding theclient's portfolio(s), company products, services and procedures.
Appliesproblem solving skills, experience and judgment to analyze information. Usescommunication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized clientbase. Responds to clients questions on product features and provides technicalassistance for the most complex issues.
Providesclients information related to products and services representing multiplelines of business and geographies and directs them to appropriate resources asneeded leveraging a good understanding of the broader services and offerings.
Monitors,researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Assists inidentifying trends in client issues and proposing solutions. Provides statusupdates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams. Directsissues to appropriate resources. Collects and analyzes data from clientportfolios to monitor performance and to provide clients with informationrequired to make decisions regarding risk management, and portfolio allocation.
Supportsthe maintenance of online platform utilized by clients to generate reports ontheir portfolio and their portfolio performance.
Bachelor'sdegree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.0-2 years' experience
