Support the process of the implementation and deployment the Responsible Investment (RI) strategy throughout the Real Assets business on a global scale, focusing predominantly on real estate.
Responsible Investment strategy
Provide support to teams (Asset and Fund Management) in following our integrated approach to responsible investment management. Assist teams in identifying risks and opportunities as set out by the strategy to optimize our environmental, social, and governance impact. The analyst will be involved in analysing opportunities for asset optimisation which will require previous experience in assessing ROI, cost-benefit, and reviews of capex proposals.
The analyst will take responsibility in analysing asset performance data, financial data and collating information to report to clients, as well as recommend areas of improvement. In addition, the analyst will play a key role in supporting asset management teams to complete ESG related objectives.
ESG Data Management
The analyst will take responsibility for the ongoing management of an on-line data management platform that collates ESG related information for a global real estate portfolio of approximately 2000 assets across 14 countries. The analyst will be involved in relationship management between stakeholders ranging from external consultants to internal IT teams to ensure the optimal functionality of an essential platform integrated in our strategy.

- Support in annual benchmarking and reporting (GRESB, INREV, UN PRI) - Preparation of investor reports - Market research
Education / Qualifications
- Master's degree in real estate, ideally business school or engineering school
- Prior experience in real estate (property/asset/fund management) - Exposure to sustainability related initiatives
- French and English (any additional language is a plus) - Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainability - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work and integrate in a European team - Proficient in excel
