The Private Markets Product Development team is responsible for developing and managing the closed-ended private markets fund ranges which spans Private Equity, Real Assets and Private Credit, totally $67 billion.
The team is structured into three Product Development, Product Strategy and Product Documentation.
Private Markets Product Manager:
Attend cross-functional working groups to help project manage significant changes and enhancements to existing funds
Review currenct productrs and help to facilitate changes, restructures, mergers and liquidations of products within the Private Markets team.
Help project manage new funds to market, from inception to launch
In full partnership with product developers, produce market leading documentation that considers all legal, regulatory and technical issues
Experience in the asset management industry, with knowledge of alternative asset classes such as private equity, credit or RE, alternative investment structures
Credibility and ability to engage with senior managers across disciplines (portfolio management, distribution, strategy, marketing and operations) to discuss and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives
Working understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience managing and delivering new products and product changes within a large, highly complex, cross-functional environment
Strong project management experience, strategic influencing and interpersonal skills and comfort in working with people at all levels across all functions
Excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, and solutions at a level appropriate and intelligible to the recipient
Ability to develop effective partnerships with key business partners, including Product Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Risk and Operations to support and deliver the product agenda
Ability to manage complexity and deliver solutions to a tight deadline
