The role of a Ratings Advisor is front line and an ambassadorial role, as well as being analytical. The role will provide variety and development for the right person.
The Role Responsibilities
You will advise Corporates and Financial Institutions, with a focus on clients in Greater China. Your role involves obtaining the best possible rating for them from credit rating agencies such as S&P, Fitch and Moody's.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to numerous industrial sectors as well as a wide range of geographies.
Advising external and internal clients on credit ratings; preparing pitch books for our Ratings Advisory service; building cash flow projection models along with Ratings presentation for the agency analysts.
Our Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as an analyst with a credit rating agency preferred
Candidates with relevant corporate finance, credit analysis or credit risk will be considered
Familiarity with rating agency methodologies and with rating agencies' standard adjustments to financial statements
Experience interacting with major corporations at CFO / Treasurer level preferred
Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills and be willing to travel for work
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
