Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking an Investment Analyst. Reporting to an Investment Director of the team, the successful candidate will participate in investment process / decision and regular reporting process.
Assist the overall portfolio management process, including cash optimization, asset allocation, SAA / TAA review, external manager portfolio oversight, etc
Monitor financial markets and present market updates
Monitor the company's equity portfolio and produce regular analysis / report. Keep track on corporate actions and provide investment recommendations
Execute trade orders for equity securities and derivatives
Monitor and ensure portfolio compliance against relevant investment policies / regulatory requirements
Coordinate and provide information to Financial Control Department for investment reporting
Prepare investment reporting and presentation for senior management / investment committee
University graduate with major in Finance / Economics or related discipline. CFA holder / FRM / Master degree holder is highly regarded
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant investment experience preferably in life insurance industry with knowledge on SAA / TAA
Strong VBA / Excel skills
Strong communications and presentations skills
Good command of English and Chinese
