Wealth Management Associate:
Work with our top clients in a financial planning capacity.
Oversee the day to day operations of a Wealth Management Team with over $1-Billion of assets under administration.
Our Team is comprised of three partners, three administrative members and one Wealth Management Associate.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ of business experience.
They will have worked in the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong wealth management / financial planning understanding and willingness to further their knowledge.
IRROC licensed (if not currently licensed they must be able to become licensed and accredited).
Client Facing Skills:
Professional, well written and well spoken. Tactful, sensitive and thoughtful as they will be client facing.
Will likely have been in a people management role during their career.
May very well have been at an operational management level during their career.
Comfortable delegating and working in/and leading a team.
Is highly organized as this role requires meticulous attention to detail and follow up.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
A strong work ethic.
A thinker - someone who thinks about a project/task before initiating it.
Capable of dealing with complicated scenarios within the organization, within the team, the client base and with colleagues.
Has exceptional abilities and "soft skills", to effectively interact with people, solve problems and overcome stressful interactions.

Oversee the processes of our administrative team.
Oversee the execution of our client service plan.
Facilitate financial planning for our top clients.
Communicate with our clients' other advisors and family members as it relates to their investments and planning.
Business planning - preparing multiple reports to be reviewed with the partners.
Oversee the scheduling, planning and implementation of client events.
Oversee our marketing program to our clients and professional partners.
We operate a family office level of service within a large deeply resourced organization.
