The general accountabilities of this role includes but are not limited to the following:
Act as the chief operations officer and trusted business advisor to the CBDC CIO and the CBDC Senior Leadership Team.
Partner with the CBDC CIO and extended leadership team in developing, communicating, and monitoring the annual strategic plans and measures.
Lead a team of business managers and business analysts that effectively provide governance and operations support across the CBDC Leadership Team.
Grow team expertise to align with enterprise demand and the Bank's direction; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value delivered.
Foster an environment / culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork and a high level of professionalism.
Partner with Finance and lead the RTB Roadmap process to ensure leaders are held financially accountable for annual P&L budgets.
Lead the governance standards and reporting metrics that monitors the effectiveness of the CBDC Project Portfolio and Delivery organization.
Act as the custodian for all resource-based spending within CBDC. Institute standards and provide reporting and analytics across the resource universe that provides value-based insights and levers that ensures the effective financial management of all resource spending.
Drive organizational discipline by orchestrating the CBDC leadership cadence process.
Execute all CBDC internal and enterprise wide communications, in additional to all Leadership Offsites and Employee Townhalls.
Execute tactics that contributes to CBDC's Pulse and Employee Engagement strategies.
This role is best suited to a high performing individual with direct experience in developing and governing large, global, complex technology organizations

Specific Educational Requirements / Accreditations:
Undergraduate degree required, post graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of strategic and/or operations experience
Solid understanding of infrastructure technology services, processes and tools.
Team player concepts are mandatory.
