Your role The Discovery team processes, analyses and produces a variety of data types in response to regulator requests, litigation procedures or investigations. We support corporates and their legal teams throughout the document review process helping to shape the review strategy and leveraging advancements in technology to gain efficiencies and reduce the cost of review. We utilise industry leading software platforms, supplemented with our in-house developed enhancements and our extensive experience in the effective deployment of the tools, to meet the most challenging and wide reaching data discovery requests.
Drawing on your sales experience, you will work closely with the Sales Director to provide vital support across the full sales lifecycle. Your role will include:
Supporting the needs of the Sales Team in growing revenue and exceeding revenue targets
Helping to accurately create and maintain account plans
Setting up meetings with an assigned set of accounts
Building rapport and relationships with internal and external points of contact through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional contact
Gaining a broad knowledge of all services offered to clients within Forensic Technology
Participating in and co-hosting client events
Understanding all aspects of the selling process
Taking on sole responsibility for a set of accounts
Maintaining accurate records of all call activity in our CRM and reporting call information, sales leads, and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner
