Assist the team head to develop and broaden consultant business opportunities.
Maintain consultant relationships in the region; mainly targeting global consultants with footprints in the region and our relevant client base.
Play an integral role in the sales and relationship management process for investment consultants.
Implement and help execute the sales activities for investment teams' meetings, road shows, campaigns, searches, data requests, presentations, RFP requests, due diligence visits and ongoing relationship management efforts.
Collaboration with other overseas colleagues on global consultant coverage.
Maintain good relationships with prospects and clients, leading to new mandates or injections of funds.
Responsible for preparing presentation deck and pitch book to suit the needs of consultant clients.
Handle consultant enquiries and requests, to ensure reporting and materials are up to a professional standard.
Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines. A SFC License holder.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling sophisticated clients and calling on consultants. Direct working experience from consultant firms is welcome.
A proven track record in a highly effective consultant relations/sales-oriented practice at an investment management organization that is well regarded in the industry.
An individual with stature and credibility in the marketplace; someone who has a network of consultant contacts in the industry and can leverage his/her network for the benefit of Company.
Technical acumen including significant understanding of investment concepts and the various asset classes in an investment organization.
Exceptionally proactive, with an entrepreneurial focus, combined with depth of thought.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team toward achieving goals.
A professional who can succeed in a team-based environment and operate in the best interests of Company and its clients.
A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
