Based in Sydney, you will join our global Information Management team that supports Macquarie Capital in best practice information management for all business records, and is responsible for its electronic and physical filing systems and processes. The team provides support and training, manages user access and security, and provides assistance in capturing key transaction documentation. Having recently implemented Salesforce, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new system.
Initially a 12 month contract, your role will involve coordinating the collection and analysis of critical transaction records, administration of Macquarie Capital's information and record management systems and online data rooms, including managing security and access to information. Providing first level support to Macquarie Capital staff, this will involve troubleshooting issues, providing training and guidance to Macquarie Capital staff, and designing and implementing technological change that reflects sound information governance principles. This is a varied role giving you exposure across a wide range of systems (Salesforce, Worksite, Rec Find), and will give you the opportunity to up-skill and cross-skill across these.
This role will suit a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and communication skills. We would like to hear from applicants with tertiary qualifications in Library, Records and Information Management, or an information-related discipline, with an understanding of electronic document or records management systems.Knowledge of records management principles including issues relating to the management of business records in paper and electronic form, and an interest in technology with well-developed analytical and problem solving skills will be an advantage.
