We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, Fixed Income .
Develop and articulate investment strategy, processes and standards as appropriate to a given asset class or geographical remit
Oversee the implementation of the investment strategy and processes, identify challenges and weakness and address these with solutions and enhancements
Work with the local Investment team to ensure the investment strategy and processes are fit for each market
Ensure the respective investment team is appropriately resourced and organized
Specify the requirements, define performance metrics and benchmarks, and ensure proper deployment and utilisation of infrastructure are in place to support the deployment of the investment strategy
Represent the investment teams in local forums, Local Management Committees, Risk Management Committee, Local Product Committee
Experienced in the investment or financial industry, with several years of relevant experience managing fixed income portfolios at a buy side firm
Sound academic background with Bachelor's or Master's degree in business such as economics, finance, risk management, accounting, mathematics, computer science or actuary
In depth knowledge of Asian economies and fixed income markets is essential
Strong credit research analysis background preferred
Flexible personality and adaptive team player
Well developed organizational skills, good time management and task planning
