Work you'll do:
Handle statutory/regulatory compliance, filings and maintain proper record for Hong Kong and offshore companies;
Monitor closely with deadline and make sure the filing obligations are handled on time;
Update and maintain statutory records and filing system;
Liaise and follow up clients' inquiries;
Liaise with external regulators and advisers for all company secretarial matters ;
Perform client due diligence/ identification and review in accordance with the company's AML Policy and KYC Procedures;
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned from time to time ;
Support the team in daily office operation.
University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Management;
Student Member/ Associate Member of HKICS & ICSA is preferable;
2-3 years' working experience (company secretarial/ business field is preferred), candidates with other clerical experience or fresh graduates will also be considered;
Good written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;
Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, sense of responsibility, cooperative attitude and able to work under pressure;
Ability to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing and CSA program;
Immediately available is highly preferred.
