Assist business to interpret financial (fund and deal) performance information to assist senior managers in making strategic decisions.
Perform qualitative and quantitative reviews of financial information to ensure accuracy.
Assist senior colleagues to map from deal performance financial information to fund performance (historical and future), (e.g. management fees, incentive fees and performance metrics).
Assist strategic and performance senior leaders to produce fund and investment strategy track records.
Proactively establish initiatives to improve financial initiatives.
Source data needed (using modeling and excel skills).
Adhoc projects (process improvements).
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
2 to 5+ years of financial or performance analysis experience within an investment or financial services firm.
Strong modeling, financial reporting and procedures and controls.
Strong Excel (Pivot Table) and PowerPoint skills.
This Financial Performance Analyst role is located in midtown Manhattan New York, so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States. The salary is flexible dependent on experience, but the initial range is $90k-$130k base plus discretionary bonus.
