As part of the Pan-European team, this senior vice-president position will work with the team to source, underwrite and execute transactions for PIMCO whilst:
Developing innovative investment strategies
Sourcing interesting investment opportunities capitalising on PIMCO's competitive advantage
Supervising deal execution, including drafting and negotiating acquisition and joint venture term sheets, and reviewing deal documentation
Supervising due diligence relating to new investments, including the review of business plans, third party reports, title/survey, historical financial statements, leases, vendor contracts, and market research
Supporting asset management of fund investments, including developing and executing business plans, and managing relationships with joint venture partners and third party service providers
Monitoring and analyze the financial performance of investments
Reviewing and present investment memos to be presented to PIMCO investment committees
Ideally 5 years + of relevant experience in a similar role within the financial services focusing on Gilt Securities. Although primary focus will be Gilt Securities, Global / Pan-European background will be beneficial
Prior experience in Treasury is of interest but not essential.
Outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong work ethic and integrity, candidate should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated
Strong analytical, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
A university degree in mathematical, financial, or economic related subject
