We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant .
Perform day to day secretarial and administrative support for the direct line manager and visiting executives as appropriate.
Arrange and maintain daily schedules, including the arrangement of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries.
Handle routine correspondence and other general secretarial support
Assist in invoice processing and expenses claims
Maintain effective and efficient communication within the department
Preparation of documents and presentation materials, ensuring attention to detail.
Visitor or telephone screening and handling of internal and external correspondences.
Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required, productively undertaking a substantial workload without sacrificing quality
Extensive experience supporting and providing secretarial assistance to senior level management, with proven ability to demonstrate absolute integrity, as well as having the ability to appreciate sensitivity of issues.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a multi tasking environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in managing and dealing with colleagues across different businesses, functions and geographies.
Proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels and work collaboratively.
Effective time management, planning and problem solving skills.
Self motivated and able to work independently and effectively.
Strong to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
