Actively engage and support PB Leadership team in driving data-driven business performance management across the North Asia region
Spearhead the regional alignment of the performance management framework to achieve consistency in KPI measurements and reporting metrics across countries
Understand business drivers / priorities and identify opportunities where data insights can create value in client prospecting & relationship management
Translate business problems / opportunities into tangible analytics requirements and recommend potential solutions to drive positive outcomes
Work with various business partners including Central Data, Finance and Business Analytics teams to evaluate new techniques and platform enhancements to address business challenges and improve overall business performance / productivity
Institutionalise and improve discipline around prospecting, pipeline & client management
Drive cross-selling efforts and ensure right client target segmentation across the Wealth Continuum
Introduce innovative ideas for project implementation leveraging channels, platform, CIO office and Big Data analytics
Able to think strategically and lead / facilitate discussions with internal and external partners to jointly create joyful customer journeys
Manage end to end solution delivery and stakeholders
Over 8 to 10 years in banking, financial services / management consulting or related industries, preferably in performance management & business development roles
Experience with the range of business development activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product or service requirements. engaging functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management
Ability to "think out of the box" and value-add by bringing new ideas and solutions for the business
Demonstrated success in strategic business development with track record of delivering impactful business programs
Experience in engaging internal stakeholders/partners; working across regions and functions to drive collaboration, program success and KPIs
Results-oriented and independent to resolve issues and overcome challenges with minimal supervision
Self-starter with high energy level and positive attitude
Strong leadership skills, with confidence to lead and execute projects/ initiatives
Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, with ability to articulate and present
Proven analytical aptitude with excellent logical and numerical mind, and attention to details
Comfortable with technology including ability to translate business and customer needs to IT requirements
Able to work under pressure with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Conversant with working on BIG data. Capable to draw insights and develop strategies
